So I'm walking my dog to Salisbury Park and I take the utility road past the water treatment plant.

I notice that the utility road (dirt) and the parking pad at the treatment plant are both plowed.

Now I know that we got what 4-5 inches of snow but why plow these areas since all I've ever seen there are city utility 1500/2500 trucks?

And this all being done in the "Botanical City", where we're supposed to be going green?  I've often thought that $A doesn't want us to drive smaller vehicles.

Perhaps Council isn't only involved in $tarbuck$. Maybe they've added a rather large vehicle (i.e. AWD, 4X4, monster truck) car lot to OUR CITY COFFERS!

Perhaps all the charges are located in someone's shoebox?

Maybe they're prepping the area for for anticipated work in the near future?
